“They Wait” UK DVD Release
Great news for all UK fans! Jaime’s movie, “They Wait” will be released on DVD on February 9, 2009!
Starring Jaime King (“SIN CITY”, and the hotly-anticipated “THE SPIRIT”) and from the creators of “WHITE NOISE” and “ALONE IN THE DARK” comes a journey to the very deepest realms of fear.
After three years living in Shanghai, Sarah (Jaime King), Jason and their young son, Sammy, go home to North America for a family funeral. However, on their return something unexpected and terrifying begins to grip this once happy family: Sammy starts to tell Sarah that he is seeing phantoms and apparitions. Before long, he falls gravely ill.
With traditional western medicine offering little hope, Sarah turns desperately to a mysterious pharmacist who warns that her son is being held in the death grip of a ‘living corpse’. To save her child Sarah must find out what the spirits want before they take his soul for their own hideous purpose.
With time running out, Sarah has a single day until the sun rises on the last day of the Chinese month of the ghost, or Sammy will be lost forever. The spirits have spoken their deadly warning.

King Gets Poetic With Next Inking
Jaime will be getting another tattoo! But this time, it will apparently be a poetic quote by Emily Dickinson.
According to online reports actress and model Jaime King’s next tattoo will be a quote taken from Emily Dickinson. King already has a number of tattoos, a diamond and a spade on her wrists, while on her back is etched a star and a fairy. Her last name is also inked between her shoulders.
The quote she wants tattooed into her skin reads, “If I can stop one heart from breaking. I shall not live in vain; If I can ease one life the aching; or cool one pain, or help one fainting robin unto his nest again, I shall not live in vain.”
King, who has appeared in hit films like Sin City is quick to acknowledge that her tattoos do pose a problem when it comes to her work. “As an actor, you have to spend a lot of time in the make-up chair covering them up,” she said.

King wasn’t acting scared in “My Bloody Valentine”
Jaime was really freaked out in some of the scenes in My Bloody Valentine 3D! She wasn’t acting scared at all!
LOS ANGELES – When the pickaxe comes splintering through the door, Jamie King isn’t acting. That’s real terror on her face.
She had been warned the moment was coming during the making of My Bloody Valentine, but the Victoria’s Secret-model-turned-actress was still freaking out when the day came to shoot the scene.
You see, her character is on the run from this maniac who, invisible in the mask and helmet of a coal miner, spends most of the movie eviscerating his enemies with a pickaxe. But when this scene was filmed, King didn’t need to act scared. She really was in near hysterics.
